Which treatment should I book?
If you're unsure, start with The Millán Signature Massage: your therapist shapes it around what your body needs that day. If you already know what you want to work on, each service page explains its session.
What happens on my first visit?
We recommend arriving 10 minutes early to fill out a short form with your information. This way we get to know your needs and any precautions we should take with you.
Do I choose my therapist?
Yes, you can choose your therapist. We assign therapists by availability and by the treatment you book, so the right person works on you.
Do you require a deposit?
Yes. A 50% deposit confirms your reservation. You pay the rest after the session.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours before your appointment. You see the full terms when you book.
Do you offer treatments for men?
Yes. Your therapist plans the session around you, whoever you are.
Do you offer lymphatic drainage?
Yes, it is one of our core specialties. The Lymphatic Sculpting Massage runs 60 minutes for $195: gentle manual drainage that follows the direction of lymph flow, then firmer sculpting strokes.
Do you offer post-surgical massage?
For simple cases within our licenses, yes, through Tissue Recovery & Care (60 minutes, $225), and only once your surgeon clears you for bodywork. We do not work on open wounds or complex clinical cases.
Do you offer medical treatments?
No. Our menu covers massage, body care and esthetic services, within what our licensed team can legally offer.
Do you offer services at home?
Yes, through Millán At Home in Miami Beach, Brickell and Coral Gables. Availability and travel terms depend on your address.
